Q. If someone gets hurt due to faulty equipment, does the company have the proper insurance?
A. Yes, all of our units are insured, licensed and bonded with the state of Texas.
Q. Has my rental been fully cleaned and disinfected since its last use?
A. Yes, all of our units are inspected, cleaned and medically disinfected after every use.
Q. What kind of material is the inflatable made of?
A. Our inflatables are built here in Texas, using lead-free vinyl, not PVC laminate. It’s more expensive, but far superior in durability to vinyl made in China that many competitors use. Our inflatables are safer, higher in quality and craftsmanship, and more durable.
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. Alliance Party Rentals will deliver, set up and pick up the inflatables at no additional charge, in the the following areas: Haslet, Justin, Saginaw, Keller, North Fort Worth, Roanoke, West Lake, Trophy Club, Newark, Blue Mound, and Watauga. We can make deliveries to other areas in the Metroplex also, but additional charges may apply. Call for details.
Q. Is there a deposit?
A. No, To RSVP an inflatable, payment upfront is required due to the high demand of the summer season. You will receive all rental items clean and ready for use. Additional charges will be assessed for cleaning of equipment if returned dirty. If canceled within 5 days of rental date the deposit will be retained by the lessor but the lessee will be given a raincheck good for 1 year.
Q. How big of an area do I need for the set up?
A. Whether you are using the inflatable indoors or outdoors, you need a least 5 feet of clearance on each side. The area must also be free of tree branches and wires. Furthermore, rooftops and ceilings should not be touching the inflatables.
Q. What kind of power source do I need?
A. One standard electrical outlet (110 volt) is required per unit. We will supply one 25-foot extension cord per unit. If you need a generator, you can rent one for your event for an additional $50.00.
Q. Does the inflatable need an attendant?
A. Yes, an adult attendant needs to supervise the moonwalk at all times.
